Content Creation FAQs
Question hours refer to the time it should take a student to answer a question, not the time spent to create the question.
For example: if it was estimated that a set of questions would take a student 60 minutes to fully answer, that would equate to 1 question hour. We assume the same questions may only take ~45 minutes to create and ~15 minutes to check.
We ask for an estimate from both the question creator and checker, then we check how that matches reality once students start answering questions on the platform.
We have Subject Leads who map the curriculum into distinct skills (called endcodes), then we ask content creators to provide questions for each skill.
You probably have loads of questions, that you already use with your students, that you can add quickly and easily - you won't need to reinvent the wheel.
Content creators are free to work whenever and as many hours as they wish.
Content creators submit questions for use by students on Plytime Learning.
If students decide to add tutoring, students use the questions as above and tutors help them to review some of the questions they have answered
Our aim is for content creators to call upon and earn from questions that they have already created and used in the past. We're happy for content creators to use the questions as they wish, whilst accepting that Plytime Learning is similarly free to use the questions without limitation.
Yes, for example, you can choose to be a content creator and also a tutor with Plytime Learning.
Yes, by joining you will be eligible for our Brand Ambassador scheme. You will receive a referral code and be rewarded anytime a student joins the platform using your referral code.
